I do not recommend the consumption of salt. Our foods are salty enough.
Seaweed, you actually eat it right off the beach?
There are several problems. The biggest one is that all the oceans are more polluted than either our air or our land. All pollution finds its way to the water. The water is cleaned by the seaweeds, as they are filter feeders. So the most toxic foods in the world stand to be seaweeds, plus they are the saltiest.
The stimulating impact these foods give is often misconstrued to be well-being. I do not believe it is.
The issue of whether seaweeds are actually vegan fare is a separate matter.
I could go on and on, but time is an issue today.
Dr D
