I noticed the "recipes" section is not available at the present time, so I will confront you guys instead. It also makes me feel there is life out there when I see a response from you guys! ;) I had my first whole-head romain salad last night. A little tough, but I made it. Is there another good, easy 811rv dressing recommendation. I did use Dr. Graham's celery, orange, tomato from his (FAQ) section. It worked. I would like some options, if any. No big deal if not... Excited and enthuised! :) MCM
