OOPS!!! WOW! Definitely an old topic. I should read first ask later. I really like the "wearing glasses to prevent wearing glasses" logic. I have that same train of thought. SO! My apologies and thank you Dr. Graham for your patience. I do have one more question about a recipe: I would love the other ingredients for the cashew sauce for cole slaw that you were having with guests. Carraway seed, shredded cabbage, but how many cashews and what else for the creamy sauce? I have two heads of lettuce sitting in the fridge but no ideas of how to make them a meal. Can ya help? :) MCM
