Subject: anyone rely on raw fruit and veggie shakes

Hi guys,
I'm new to this sort of thing, though I was a vegan for 7 years. I'm thinking that a good way for me to get into raw eating is by relying on shakes. I've been trying this for breakfast and it's very satisfying for me. I just combine fruit (mostly bananas and berries) with some nut butter (usually almond) and perhaps some flax seed in a blender. I'm thinking I could do something similar for a veggie shake (tomatoes, carrots, leafy greens, etc.). This would replace or supplement the big salad that you all eat for dinner. I have a hard time eating a large plate of raw veggies, but I would have no trouble drinking the very same plate :). I'm thinking that I could eat perhaps two of the fruit/nut shakes and two veggie shakes each day, and that would do it for me. Does anyone see any problems with this? I know that some people need to chew on food to find it satisfying, but I think I could do well with the drinks. Any comments on this?
Cheers,
Kevin
