If we are meant to be living naturally in the tropics, which I do believe seems correct, we would be breathing salt air and swimming daily in the ocean. Probably we would be getting "something" (like sodium and other minerals maybe) from the salt water that we are not getting now if we aren't living near the ocean. What do you guys think about the idea of occasionally putting a tiny bit of celtic sea salt in distilled water and drinking it? Would that be a close approximation of what would happen naturally if we were hanging out in and around the ocean? I am thinking that having some salt water in your system is part of the natural sodium-potassium balance and part of the reason why people in the tropics can easily be fruitarians. Any thoughts?
