Shame on you Frederic. You should realize what's at the heart of the problem. Fat. We're saturated in it from the beginning. And even when we discover (Pritikin, Ornish, etc.) that too much is too much, we harbor a will to believe. Thus the fact-defying popularity of Atkins and others. Those who make a pile (before they drop dead) by telling people what they want to hear. You should realize that with the endless flow of newbies into the raw movement -- all craving calories from fat as never before -- there will always be, 1) "leaders" who welcome them with the latest super supplements; 2)an unchallenging "no rules" approach to raw (you can do it with pills and comfort foods); and 3) extremists whose deficiencies cause them to swing from one poll to the other (like the all-fruit, then all-fat scenario). On the other hand, the slim minority who face the daily-exercise-high-fruit-low-stress-low-fat-evening-veggies-early-sleep facts... ah, those will always be the few... the proud... the 811ers... But then you know all this, and you are just stirring things up as ususal! (Keep it up.) Regs, Lindon
