We can use comparative biology to help us determine what we might want to try next. All animals mono eat. A bear might eat salmon one day and blackberries the next, but you won't see her making a salmon blackberry parfait. The mono meal ideal aside, I agree with tanawana on priority being meeting your caloric needs with fruit. I now enjoy banana-date smoothies, and when I was first starting to eat large quantities of fruit, banana-pear-date or banana-apple-date were my faves. One combination I recommend avoiding is citrus-sweet, such as orange-banana, or lemon-date. Surely a gut bomb waiting to happen. Of course I didn't take anyone's word for it, and you don't have to either ;-). Dan
