It is sooo hard for me, especially because I have 4 children ages 12 and under that do not want to be 100% raw. They are at about 80% right now, having a cooked portion at night. My 12 year will help cook some of the time, but it is still sooo hard when it's here cooking and when they are eating. Sometimes I admit to sampling a bite or two (or three) and feeling bad because of it. (not only mentally and emotionally but physically as well if I eat alot) We are planning to go all raw as a family after Thanksgiving, but in the meantime - it's hard dealing with the temptations. I just don't see my family making the commitment to go all the way for all time - they will for a week here or a couple weeks there - but they baulk at doing it 'forever' - so then - what do I do? Any suggestions?!
