Looking for examples of the 8-1-1 diet to be used to sustain my lifestyle. I have just completed Dr. Rich Anderson's complete, month-long total digestive tract cleanse and removed many feet harmful "mucoid plaque". (Anyone heard of him? If so how do you rate his/his cleanse?) Now I am a presumably deficient (EX) "soy-atarian" looking to start from scratch. I have been eating raw foods for a month and a half now. My research (before finding this page last night) had me saving up for a costly dehydrator, juicer, sprouter, etc. (to make "healthy" junk food I learn after reading your posts) Also, I am excited to switch to the low fat raw vegan diet but feel a little under-educated without a few more examples of the required daily amounts and how to mix it up from day to day. I am a cyclist, so I would love a little more reassurance/information from those who are endurance athletes as well. Any tips from anyone taking time to post are much appreciated. I am excited that in order to live raw (the most natural way) I will not be buying that dehydrator I was saving up for. But, will I still need the juicer and sprouter if eating (living) the low fat raw vegan diet? Juicing and eating sprouts/grasses and making living green drinks sounded ideal. Should I have my hearing checked? (joke) Thank you for your enthusiasm and support! You will probably hear from me often... Be prepared! Thanks for your patience... :)
