I have a friend (I know it always starts out like this, but it's really not me!) who eats a high percentage of raw and the balance of cooked is mostly home-prepared gluten-free grain products, organic animal foods, and no dairy. What she has asked me is for some kind of evidence about cooked food being poison. Does anyone here have this info, this is besides personal evidence.
