Elizabeth, That is the dearest post! I, too, often get overcome with gratitude to all the amazing people on this board and especially to Dr. Doug. I am the healthiest and happiest of my whole life and I owe that in great part to everyone here who shared their wisdom and experience as I was trying to figure things out for myself in the early days. It is such a gift to have this community for inspiration and uplifting when you need it. I know just what you mean. Love,
