I am wondering also since my protein is lower, maybe the 400 mg. or so of calcium that I am consuming is sufficient since I am not needing more calcium to offset major protein consumption like the rest of America eats? But, my stress is so high still that I feel I must supplement with about 15-20 mg. of each B-vitamin (I have a liquid B-Complex I bought before going 100%, and all it has is raisin juice as its base, so I hope that's still acceptable) and maybe even some calcium citrate powder before I go to bed once every few days to calm me down too. I wonder if sick people still need something, because I think that when I have a handle on all this stuff, I won't need extra help with supplements; in fact, I don't like to supplement, but I feel I have no other option right now.
