Theresa,

I know what it feels like to bring issues to the surface. For awhile, I used to HAVE to eat something cooked in order to push the feelings back down below. I usually found rice did the trick very well. Rice suppresses emotions with the best of 'em.

Taking away these emotion suppressing foods is POWERFUL, and most people can't deal with it right away. That's why it's wise to inch towards 100% raw. Some have much success, however, overnight, so it's an individual thing. I know I wasn't ready right off the bat, even though I jumped right into it. I had massive emotional cleansing that needed to take place.

Now that the emotional blockages are through, life is so much different.
