(I am not sure what you mean by natural way...I would recommend going to a doctor and getting tested.)

Also, does anyone have natural methods of birth control they can recommend?

(I am not an expert on this one...:) But i read in one post Dr. D say that the best way is to hold an aspirin between the knee.)
