Ezekiel bread did not have dung IN it - it was cooked over a fire using dung as the wood. Just like the pioneers used cow chips and buffalo chips to heat their stoves and houses. But why Ezekiel had a problem with it at first, was the KIND of dung he was asked to use was unclean according to Lev. and he asked the Lord if he could at least use 'clean' dung - from an animal that was listed as clean. I think the bread was made with the actual foods listed, not the dung in the bread. At least, that's the way I read it! :)
