Dr D youve said to me before to exercise before meals to help deal with the sugar, can it just be gentle sometimes like a 30 min walk? Youve also said that when starting 8-1-1 i can eat more frequent smaller meals untill i get the capacity to handle both the sugar and the extra capacity, but if i eat 5 meals a day do i have to exercise 5 times a day? as obviously that isnt very prcaticle So i guess im asking whats the best way to help your body handle the sugar 3 larger type meals with excercise before or 5 smaller meals with excercise 3 times a day.
