I'm totally confused on the subject of grains. So many health professionals profess how nutritional grains are. In the Bible, bread was a stable. I'm not sure I see the harm in them if they are consumed raw and soaked/sprouted. Is the only arguement against grains that they are not part of the original diet of years ago? Any proof for the negative consequences of grains would be greatly appreciated (I'm sorry: I would purchase the "Grain Damage" book if I wasn't watching every penny right now - student & sick).
