Good morning, everyone! I am new here, and have been reading many of the emails and want to educate myself alot more. I have tried being "raw" and it has been going well. However, lately, I had a craving which I gave into last night. It could have been a worse meal, but it was a sandwich of just lettuce, avocado, and the bread.(they forgot the rest of the veggies....) and french fries. I also had 2 small rolls w/ butter. I expected to feel worse, but am experiencing other things. My mental clarity is a bit foggy today. I told myself it was a reality check and I never want to do that again. I am trying to study and learn a new language, and for 2 days now I cannot focus. When will this pass? I do have a ton of questions...I hope this email is not too overwhelming... What is this "811" term people use frequently? How in the world do people eat 30 bananas a day? My meals are a piece of fruit in the mornings, a cup or 2 of organic raw salad, and piece of fruit, sometimes fresh fruit juice, and sometimes I eat at a raw food place here in Northern California. Am I not eating enough? I feel great on raw foods, and really want this feeling to pass. Even my mood is not the usual happy mood I was in... Sorry to sound negative, I am just going through this phase. I do drink lots of water... Any suggestions for going back to raw life would help...I am a bit down on myself this morning. Thank you everyone!!!!! Also, I would LOVE to have anyone/everyone send me smoothie recipes, as I am going to start to make those. From last night, I am not going back to dairy. I read an article on milk...just terrible what they are doing w/ those poor cows. Also, I would love to read more on becoming raw, as the knowledge makes me feel more confident when I can speak for myself and explain the dangers of other foods.(my family always asks what proof I have...) Thank you soooo much! Best wishes to all of you!!!!!
