Dr Graham, Thank you for your response. You raise an interesting point regarding the way I go about my eating possibly exasperating my hypoglycemia. Though I did notice a night & day difference in low blood sugar “bouts” when I took a more aggressive stance on high glycomic indexed fruit by pairing them with a little healthy fat. Also the way I have been eating, in my opinion, has lessened my risk to diabetes more than if I followed a typical American diet. Though I am open to idea that your way might be better and lessen my chances even more. [To those reading this that didn’t read my first post here on this forum regarding my diet, I eat vegan throughout the day and usually eat a more “typical” dinner with meat at night but sometimes just vegan all day. However I eat a little fat with each serving of fruit because I have found that fruit with no added fat causes hypoglycemic reactions in myself] I will have to think some more about the point you raised. I would most definitely be interested to hear the experiences from other posters here who have hypoglycemia and are following your 80:10:10 vegan plan. Dr Graham, FYI, your web site server seems to be experiencing connection issues. I have tried accessing it now on two different computers and still the same thing. The pages are normal speed one minute then slow the next and then totally unaccessible the next. I’ve been trying to read your FAQs info which I just finished but it took me about 2 hours when it should have taken about 30min... Just FYI... Thanks Again! Cheers!
