Hi Gina,

yes, l am glad you are open to trying something new. Many do vegan diets in a way which makes little sense and many don't go the distance. If the gloss is coming off it's definitely worth trying a different type of vegan diet.

I really feel for the poor vegans who buy into many of the skint diets promoted by so many raw leaders.

When you do a vegan diet well you should go from strength to strength over the years and well exceed your expectations. I may have practised the sprout diet over many years but l still feel l am only getting started. I can't wait to see how l am in 20 years. But l have had a few rough patches along the way (eg, l have had occasional tiredness in the past on the odd day or even lasting as long as two weeks), but l have always been able to quickly pick up and get stronger as time goes on.

My hair, energy etc is better than ever on this diet, but the most marked effect is on my mind, WOW!!! Everyday feels like a holiday, l feel really content and stress is a rare occurance that only lasts a very short time. I have the energy and enthusiasm of a child again and l couldn't imagine being in a more blissful state. Dreams can come true, and you will exceed your wildest dreams when a raw vegan diet works for you, but it's got to be done very well.

Rejuvalic recipe'

* sprout rye for 2 days
* soak a ratio of 1/3 rye sprouts with 2/3 filtered mineralised water in a big glass jug/jar and cover the top with cloth.
* sit in a cupboard or room where no-one enters and keep it away from any open windows. Let it sit for 2 days in cool - moderate weather but only 1 day in hot weather.

The rejuvalic is now done. It has a lovely tangy lemon taste.

* after you have poured off the rejuvalic into a glass bottle you then fill up the jug/jar again with water. Instead of letting it sit for up to 2 days you on;ly let it sit for only 1 day this time. Pour off the water again after a day and fill the jug/jar up for a final time and let it sit for another day and pour off the water again. Discard the sprouted rye after the third soaking.

After that you just soak the nuts or sprouted seeds or sprouted legumes/grains in the rejuvalic for 1 - 3 days (depends on weather) and all is good to go. Regarding nuts...after their initial soaking in water you may want to break them aprt and soak in the rejuvalic for better effect.

------

If you wanted to do things perfectly you could then put the fermented sprouted seeds or nuts through a cold presser and eat as a paste instead of blending, but time is always an issue for many and sometimes blending helps in keeeping with time restraints.
