Regarding the seaweeds....I wish you could read my forum topic on this, it should set your mind at ease. Still got lots of stuff to post on that topic.

Yes...microgreens are highly important for reasons far too extensive to go into. If you look up the sprouted sunflower seed post here where Doug gave highly inaccurate information you will find a referenced post by myself as to why microgreens are far superior to your ordinary green vegetables. On my site l also have an extensive posting of the science which clearly proves the superiority of microgreens over vegetables. And when you compare green veggie juice to mircogreens you will feel the difference in power when they body starts to get harmonised and in tune.

I won't touch vegetable juices because they lack the power of the sprouts and the microgreens.

People will say that spinach and brocolli are more nutritious than alfalfa sprouts so l am wrong, but l say... not so hasty because we need to start looking at phytochemicals in sprouts and the role they play.

The old nutrition thinking of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids is so old school. If you still are talking like that your points will only be partially relevant. It's time to pull out the raw food 404 conversations and leave the old raw 101 conversations at the door where they belong. The raw food 101 teachings (most of it) is making people sick, so lets start getting serious and quit with the kindergarten health arguments.
