I eat a fruit based diet. Right now I buy most of my fruit from those
local growers (farmer's markets) who harvest their fruit when ripe.
Right now this includes grapes, melons, stone fruits. I buy imported
fruits, such as mangos and bananas, at the grocery stores.

I include lots of leafy greens, such as lettuces and baby
kales/chards/bok chou, etc.

I also eat avocados and freshly ground chia and hemp seeds, rarely
nuts.

Cooked foods here and there include steamed sweet potatoes and
lentils.

I've noticed I feel "off" lately when eating the fruits, even when
consumed with greens. Another long standing issue is not feeling
satiated (even with high calories), like I'm not getting enough of
something. This lack of satiation is why I turn to cooked foods at
times.

I've been drawn to making nut/seed yogurts for a while now but at the
same time am resisting as I'm not sure about taking probiotics.

In the same way I've thought about including seaweed, but as I
mentioned in another post, I don't trust eating anything out of our
highly polluted waters.

And, I'd like to include micro greens and sprouts in my diet.
