What sprouting method do you use? I used to use jars
but the sprouts ended up developing mold a lot of the
time.

my own special method. I ferment nuts in fermented
rye sprout rejuvalic. I used to balance my nuts and
use 4 or 5 different varieties to create good protein
balance, but now l try to only mix two nut types at a
time to bring down protein Utilisation ratio so l get
less protein from the nuts.

Nuts l use = almond, walnut (50% of combo), hazel,
brazil, peacan (not so much), chestnut (not so much).
The almond, brazil, hazel and walnut are the big boys
on the block.

The most delightful yogurt is almond or sunflower
seed yogurt. When properly done they can taste like
apricot dairy yoghurt. Delicious!!!
