What about certain special fruits that can clean the lymphatic system, like melons in the summer. I feel they are not bad for the teeth in the appropriate season.
As an herbalist, I refuse to lump all fruit together in one category. Certain fruits do different things. Sometimes lemon is essential and if one's teeth are weak, they can drink lemon juice through a straw.
Anyway, I feel that when I make fruit salad, it is a different experience for my teeth. I make a fresh coconut milk and allow chia seed to puff up in it. So it becomes a chia porridge and then I add fruit, a mixture of tart and sweet fruits. The glycemic value is lowered by the addition of protein.
Anyway, thanks for sharing. It adds credibility to what Brian Clement is saying. Otherwise, people have accused him of just selling products. It's rare to meet someone like you. Most people that I meet that avoid fruit usually have weaker digestions.
