You say you are low in potassium and folate?
Anyway, a quick way of getting potassium is through black strap molasses (1 tbsp is like 20%) and a raw way is through small raw baby potatoes. Potatoes have more potassium than bananas.
I have this organic nutritional yeast without any synthetic vitamins called Bio-engevita and one teaspoon gives 22% folate. There are many things I could write, but I can't write forever.

You use the word "flaunt" at the bottom of your entry. I think this forum is teaching others to take the ego out of diet. Put some calcium into your banana smoothie in the form of kale or spinach or sesame milk and then flaunt it only if you can meet one gram of calcium a day from food. Otherwise you will be flaunting some weak bones.
