Subject:         If 80-10-10 is so great then WHY?

If the 80-10-10 diet is species-specific and all the claims
Graham makes are true, then:

Why did Doug and his minions need to censor so many reports
of failure and harm on the diet, for years?

Why are there so few long-term successes on the diet?
(Long-term is 8 years or more, as defined by Graham in one
of his videos.) Some of the claimed successes are very
questionable. Graham looks much older than his age (and we
really don't know if he actually follows the diet!), and
many of the gurus are known for negative behavior or low
integrity.

Why is such a "simple" diet so difficult to follow and
succeed on, long-term?

The very, very few who may be successful on the diet - John
Kohler, Michael Arnstein are possible examples - appear to
not be strict about fat content and also live lives centered
around food. How practical is such a diet for someone who
has a family? Lives in a cold climate? Has a low income?
For someone who can't exercise due to disability?

How practical is a diet that requires massive amounts of
high-priced organic fruits vs. a similar vegan diet that
replaces much of the fruit with lower-cost (cooked) rice and
potatoes?

Consider:
Could it be that the 80-10-10 100% raw, vegan diet is a BIG
LIE? A cult that works to separate you from your money and
to get you to idolize or worship some wanna-be diet gurus?
Or do the gurus have good intentions but are victims
(prisoners, really) of their own narrow, unscientific,
idealistic belief sets?

The same questions apply to the original form of the 30BAD
diet, though Harley has recently changed 30BAD to allow
cooked vegan foods. This should greatly increase the success
rate, compared to 100% raw diets.
