just lately, i've been entering all the food i eat into
cronometer and it is soooo interesting what it says and i am
always in the red on 'energy' and 'potassium' and 'folate' and
my omega 3's are always a whole lot higher than my omega 6's
and i just wonder why this is. i haven't eaten any overt fats
for many many months now as i've juuussst increased my fruit
consumption and greens consumption thus i have no more
cravings for overt fats whereas before i used to crave
avocadoes soooo muchly and now i don't, so i was just
undereating on fruits and greens during that phase of my 811rv
journey and what a 'journey' it has been for me as so many
different changes and experimentations and feelings thruout it
all thusfar always changing, and i tried the raw to 4 and did
it just once or twice a week at most and each time regretted
it from disasterous results in every way from it so not going
down that path ever again unless i'm really desperately
starvingly hungry but i highly doubt that will ever happen. i
am curious though how others who eat raw to 4 don't have same
results as me when we all have same biological makeup
basically and why they try to 'get their bodies' 'conditioned'
'used' to eating starches when their bodies reject it in lotsa
different ways? my body never rejected/had bad results
eeevvver from fruits and greens, only great results right away
so that just speaks to me as the right foods for the body and
the starches and legumes the wrong foods. i used to be soooo
scared of eating fruits and large volumes of it, but i just
persevered and practiced practiced practiced and talked to
myself about nicely about it and prayed about it and visited
websites and read about it all for helpful support and
gradually i've become better at it and i thank those who were
very patient with me for the patience and help :) I share my
experience/story of this with my family here talking to them
all the time about it and show them all the time my cronometer
stats and they too are amazed and they are amazed how much
volume at one time i can fit into my stomach as i'll down 1500
calories all at once in just 5 minutes time of a blended
banana drink and about 10 minutes it will take me to eat them
whole all at once, so i'm happy i'm inspiring others and
others also should flaunt how they eat in front of others also
in order to help others learn and eat healthier :)
