If the WFF is a nonprofit, that means they would have received a 501(c)(3)
designation by the IRS and their records will be publicly available. I have done a
search at guidestar.org and it is not coming up.

Normally their annual 990 tax returns would be available on guidestar.org like
every other actual nonprofit.

990 financial filings with the IRS are public and the amount that Doug has earned
will be disclosed there, as he is a member of the board this is required by law.
Harley wants to know what he's been paid, it will be on those returns which are
public, if in fact it is a nonprofit.

The WFF lists "donors" on their website and how much has been given. Unless it
has a 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS, they are committing a crime by seeking
"donations."

Can someone ask Arnstein about this? Are they actually a designated 501(c)(3)
nonprofit?

Or are they a for profit entity improperly representing itself as a nonprofit. It
doesn't matter whether or not they make any money, if you represent yourself as
a "nonprofit organization" but do not have IRS designation, you are committing a
crime by soliciting tax deductible donations.
