The reason Celtic Sea Salt and other salts are more
beneficial is not because of the inorganic myth thing,
but because regular table salt is processed with
chemicals, and aluminium type substances that prevent
caking. Its toxic because of the added stuff. Salt is
sodium chloride no matter where it comes from. What
you need to think about is what chemistry is coming
along for a ride with the sodium-chloride.

Unprocessed sea salt comes along with a huge array of
other trace minerals.

Processed salt has all that taken out, often through
the use of chemicals and with other fillers added in.

So in this case, natural is better only for the fact
that human processing typically makes things a hell of
a lot worse.
