For this to WORK you must eat during DARK--it has to do with
circadian rhythms. Since I'm a breakfast eater [I wish to fuel the tank
in the morning, and have the meal "behind" me which frees of the
mind from desire, pursuant to creativity]. I eat around 3 am to just
before dawn but you may prefer dinner-only.

Why did I switch diets so much in my life? Because, having multiple
chemical sensitivities [MCS] I would get allergic to a food after a
couple days. I'd start having REACTIONS [like sleepiness and fatigue]
even if it was fruit-only, salads-only, the "pure" foods. TIME TO
SWITCH!

Reversal Dieting I'd call it and there's nothing wrong with it! Perhaps
to stick to one diet is what Emerson would all a "foolish consistency"
because all of life is about reversals and change. However, being
vegetarian I would not eat meat on my once-a-day diet but there's
plenty of variation out there if you include everything else.

Be a Scientist of Self: EXPERIMENT! Let go of all dead diet dogma.
