Thanks Paul, Myra, and Plantman.

First, before I comment on whether or not I'd moderate this board if asked, I must comment on the accusations made by Jonas Sunshine (in case a new person stumbles upon them there needs to be a counterpoint to them lest they come away with the wrong idea about me).

1. "...advising people to use table salt"

I do NOT advise anyone to use table salt, for any reason, in any situation. Period. I've told this to Jonas numerous times, but he keeps repeating it. I've explained to Jonas, in case he misunderstood, that I have recommended an unprocessed, unrefined, additive-free salt to use when detoxing from bromine because the chloride in the sodium-chloride binds with the bromine to help escort it out of the body, and to keep it from "lodging" in the liver. But it's a diluted form. You see, bromine is an insidious toxin that many people have stored (in iodine receptor sites), and it's good to get it all out when iodine is displacing it.

And yes, some people have benefited from adding a teeny tiny pinch of this same salt to an occasional smoothie (you should not be able to taste it), and this helps with your trillions of sodium-potassium pumps when you're eating a diet rich in potassium (thanks to the farmers fertilizing their soils with it) and poor in sodium (thanks to the farmers *not* fertilizing their soils with it). And although this form of sodium is the food of plants, this doesn't mean that our body can't use it at all.

So for those who simply can't get sodium rich tomatoes and celery and other natural foods that will readily soak up sodium in the soil if there's enough there to soak up, this has been shown to be helpful. And it is in keeping with Natural Hygiene's tenet of giving the body what it requires, and it requires sufficient sodium. (See, this is why defending myself is so time consuming, but I try to do it in a way that is also educational.)

2. "Don making threats to remove me"

No I don't. And Jonas has also said that I was responsible for him being banned from a raw food forum, but then the owner of that forum posted that I had nothing to do with it. Yet this persists.

3. "that you [Plantman] don't use your name potential exists you infact may type as Don?"

There was a fan of my work on another forum who was suggesting to people to read my articles. Someone there automatically assumed it was me posing as this person (who *did* use a real name). Jonas concurred. I had to threaten legal action to get these lies stopped (they weren't saying that it sounded like this person was really me, they said it WAS me as if they had personal knowledge of it). Facebook knows the IP address of every poster, and this person had an IP address from a place far away from me. Plus, I simply don't stoop to such unprofessional and devious tactics. But any time someone sticks up for me or promotes my work, they are assumed to be me in disguise by some people who do not like me or my work. Human nature, go figure.

4. "he spends time banning people from various networks who disagree with him"

This was answered above. I only ban people from my own Youtube channel. One was Jonas, and the rest were obvious trolls.

5. "Don doesn't respect me"

Correct Jonas, and this is because you are not above fabricating things about me in an effort to discredit me and my work. But this lack of respect for you does not have to be an ongoing thing. I have a feeling that you feel you are doing the right thing by stooping to these tactics because you honestly believe I'm doing bad work, and I'm sorry you are not capable of comprehending what I'm actually teaching and instead must cling to these dogmatic teachings of yours. I get the feeling it is because of a cognitive disorder, and I hope someone can help you see that so that you can get help, because I feel you have a lot to offer if only you could engage in debates in a coherent and dispassionate way (both are necessary for any board/forum that I admin/moderate).

In the next post I'll mention what I've decided re: moderating a board here on Vegsource. - Don
