Subject:         lowfat made me nuts

I can reply personally to this, which is right-on. When I was lowfat I
felt suicidal, would get into crying jags lasting all day, was depressed
and afraid of my own shadow, and felt so empty I didn't know who I
was.

Then when I upped the cholesterol I felt INSTANTLY better* and "came
out" of mental illness--altho' I see now it was more of an emotional
illness. Lowfat affects not just the brain but the nervous system
[HYPER-REACTIONS TO ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES] and the emotional
body.

* These "wellness" feelings were magnified by eating once a day
during night [see circadian rhythms].
