I find that high omega 3 fat diets work extremely well. No-one really knows how much omega 3's they need until they try different levels over a period of years. It can take a couple of years to really get good effect from high omega 3 diets.

I take in 22 - 25 grams of omega 3 fats about three - four days per week and on the other days l might get about 10 grams. The sprouted chia, sprouted flax and sprouted walnuts are some of my staple foods with a load of greens, seaweeds and algaes to keep factor VII and oxidisative stress from high fat foods in check.

I strongly recommend trying the high omega 3 diet and see how it makes you feel. If you fear the high fat you can always grow chia and flax grass and juice it. Nothing finer than 8 - 10 onzes of flax and chia grass per day to make you feel on cloud 10 all day.
