the fact that you are lean, "sammy" does not mean
that you are not overeating.

the food is not assimilated, it is passed through and
wasted.

on all raw, appetite is reduced and food intake is
reduced.

cooked stimulates to eat more than is necessary
through dehydration posing as hunger and appetite
enhancement,etc.

or maybe you could tell me your experience on ALL
raw, plant diet, after having cleansed your body.
