I did bloods many times eating raw and have done them many times eating cooked.

Main difference is my hemoglobin levels are higher on cooked. This could be from b12 shots, could be from always having enough carbs as now I can NEVER run out of vegan carb options when traveling or training. Could be cos now I can train more consistent year round as I can always have something to carb up on.

Depends where you live though. You might own the worlds biggest organic fruit orchard in Thailand and never travel and have all the ripe fruits and veg on tap. No need to add in any back up foods in that situation.

My blood tests have always been excellent raw or rawtill 4. Only one time when I was eating a lot of avocados my b12 levels dropped quite low. I did no overt fats for a few months and they jumped back up into the normal range. When I started b12 shots I did NOT have a clinical b12 deficiency. I just started cos a cycling doctor recommended it would be healthier for my body as all pro athletes do b12 shots to support the body under higher stress periods.

Do your own experiments. You could just add in steamed potatoes or yams. Or tinned fruits in syrup.
