makes good logical sense, but i'll swish water around
in my mouth and spit it out to get rid of any sugar
residue on my teeth and i once did drink water even
when i wasn't thirsty and it made me overhydrated
pee'ing too much which was annoying to everyone around
me and myself also to have to keep excusing myself to
pee and it also made me feel not as good too. there's
a fine line between hunger and thirst which is hard to
distinguish which one you are though. i listen to
signals of my body and i just always go for the 'sugar
water' first before plain water cause when i do
opposite and go for the plain water it feels hard on
my body to drink as i right after feel like i need my
'sugar fix high' so i just go for the sweetest
juiciest water rich sugar fruits all the time first

i appreciate your advice help though and so
Many Appreciative Thank You's atya :)!!!!!!
