Having a dry mouth from talking or heavy breathing and not drinking
water to moisten it and aid in saliva production is a fast way to dental
issues.

Look up the importance of saliva production and dental health.

I know many fruitarians who stopped drinking water and then
wondered why they got rapid cavities. Putting sugar on your teeth all
day is not a good idea nor is it natures design. We are water drinkers
and would live next to fresh water streams, swimming in them and
drinking from them.

There is a reason NOBODY in the natural hygiene movement has a
high level of fitness. Not drinking sufficient water each day is one of
them. They are chronically dehydrated and have poor stamina as a
result.
