Come to Thailand next year. You will learn ALL your problems are just
in your head when it comes to your fitness bro. We had people riding
up mountains on bikes that BROKE due to the strain of riding up a
mountain. These bikes were being ridden by people that had never
ridden up a mountain like that before!

You don't mention your height and weight. What time you go to bed
on average?

As someone who has trained with million $ drugged up athletes, I can
honestly tell you that the worse you feel when you warm up, the better
you often perform when you push to pace or wattage.

How are you measuring your fitness gains? What sport are you
competitive in?

Sounds like you are eating and drinking enough. Now we have to look
at mental and what time you go to bed.

OUR SELF TALK IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN OUR DAILY LIFE!
