Subject:         adrenal burnout, question for harley

Ok, so I've been commenting on your videos for a while now and you've given me replies a few times. I want to write a longer post here, which I really hope you will reply to.

I've been on a high carb vegan diet for 2.5 years now. I eat a clean diet of fruits, vegetables, grains and potatoes. I eat about 3500 calories a day and get 4L of water a day... I don't do any stimulants.
And I have lost ALL my fitness and my health since then. I'm only 20 years old.

Since getting on this lifestyle, I've been dealing with very low energy levels, excessive thirst and urination, generally feeling dehydrated all the time despite drinking a lot a peeing clear and just in general, an intense feeling of apathy. My legs also feel overtrained all the time. I just feel absolutely burnt out.

I have been diagnosed with hyponatremia, which from my understanding comes from adrenal fatigue, which comes from chronic stress (or at least that is the only thing it could come from in my case).

I have been to war on this lifestyle. Itís been 2.5 years now and Iíve been trying to find a solution to my problems sine the beginningÖ And Iím starting to think that maybe itís the stress that comes with this lifestyle for me. Itís hard for me socially, because I feel if I socialize too much, Iíll end up going back to eating the SAD, so Iím kind of Ącaught up in a boxď. I put so much pressure on myself to succeed.
I read that the people who succeed on vegan diets longterm are the ones who have compassion for animals. I have watched all of your videos and Freeleeís videos, I have watched Earthlings and Gary Yourofskyís speech, which I found very touching, but it didnít help in this respect.

I just donít know what to do anymore and Iím all so confused as wellÖ Could you maybe share some more tips on how you can actually do this lifestyle comfortably or what I need to do to succeed? Because I think that is the problem, Iím just in a consent state of discomfort on this lifestyle. I realize itís important to get out of your comfort zone in life, but Iím just really ill now and I donít see myself on this vegan path for much longer if I donít get well very soon.
