Subject:         2 Non Diet Reasons Doug Graham looks prematurely old

There's no question that Dr. Douglas Graham looks prematurely old for his age.

I completely agree with that.

In fact, I've seen him age tremendously from one year to the next. Then the following year he looks a lot younger.

What many people don't realize is at his fasting events in Costa Rica, Doug goes running outside with his shirt off for an hour at noon. Every single day.

This can cause mega and rapid aging.

1. It's well known that many long distance runners look prematurely old for their age. In fact, long distance running is not the healthiest thing you can do for your heart and lungs. But that's a whole other long issue.

Long distance running or jogging can do heavy oxidative damage and severely stresses the body.

Don't think running is so healthy. Far from it. Many a famous runner has died of a heart attack while running or after running.

Look up Jim Fixx.

2. He's out in the Costa Rican sun at noon for an hour.

The sun there is intense. For a white boy like Doug that is some really intense sunlight which is sure to age him rapidly. Almost certainly for his skin that's just way too much intense sunlight.

And this can account for how some years he goes back and forth in how much he ages.

Maybe one year he did less running or not in the middle of the brutal day in the Costa Rican sun.

Or maybe he was so busy that he didn't really run and didn't get that much sun at midday.
