I couldn't stand the Starch Solution. It's a matter of consciousness--it
was boring and mundane. The stomach stretched from the fiber so I
was hungry again too soon. Not true satiety.

I've returned to the old paths. My main ONE meal is a breakfast
omelet. It satisfies all day, then FRUIT snack at night.

The days are fantasmagorias of perceptual delight in the fasting state,
fueled by fat in the morning. Skipping breakfast [advised] was a
DISASTER for me, always thinking about food/not being creative.

Beware of junk science fueled by anecdotal evidence which young
minds learn by rote and shout as slogans, angrily turning on
dissidents.

This is NOT lowcarb, since I eat fruit. This is NOT paleo, since it is
meatless. If you are unhappy eating just fruit, then I suggest you go
this way if the starch isn't working. If you eat fat you can happily fast
all day.
