60 means nothing unless on the wrong diet. I am 65 and have no
wrinkles, skin smooth and moist with a glow like porcelain. It's
because I eat FAT but also antioxidants in FRUIT but I also fast daily.
This 80-10-10 is all bull and my diet now [HIGH-FAT, MODERATE
CARB AND DAILY FASTING] is delicious, satisfying, energizing and
beautifying. Schedule: Omelet before dawn [fuel the tank for the
day], fast all day, fruit at night. {Who can sleep after a huge heavy
meal?].

I'm high as a kite and it's cuz I designed my OWN diet, based on MY
research, and refuse to listen to anyone even tho' they castigate me
horribly and vituperatively about eating animals--when I know the
chickens are happy where I get the eggs, and the cows are too from
the organic dairy farm. My heath is incredible now, whereas before I
was stuck in the boredom of mundane reality [vs. cosmic
consciousness] and also irascible hunger pains and a LACK OF
SATIETY.

P.S. We Scotch know BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the
day. We fuel the tank, and let er spin! For I don't know where I'll be
all day, no time to eat. Then later on after dusk, a fruit meal of
grapes, cherries or cantaloupe. Then I sleep like a dream, waking up
cleansed and ready for break-fast.

It's a Ramadan type fast of eating only in dark hours: PRE-DAWN or
POST-DUSK, and fasting all day during daylight.
