I used to be one of the people who mocked Harley, but let's give him some credit where credit is due.

1. He could have lied and been a closet cooked food eater like others have done and still sold the all raw diet.

2. What is the point of '' selling '' the 80/10/10 - or any 100% raw diet as the optimum eating plan when it has a 99.9 failure rate. A handful of people prosper and thrive on almost any healthier diet - in the short to medium term. At least warn the 99.9% of the people who are going to fail on the all raw of the pitfalls and problems that others have had and may occur.

3. I think we need to stop the fear and scaremongering that if you want to be perfectly healthy and eat a healthy diet that you can never have an occasional slice of pizza, chocolate cake, ice cream or whatever. I know it might sound gross, but if people were told that the odd piece of junk food was ok I believe there would be a higher success rate of healthy raw foodists. There wouldn't be all these horrible binges that people end up having. No one has to have any junk food, but to brainwash new people to the point that they can't go out and have an occasional normal meal is bad advice.

4. I don't agree with everything Harley says or does, like the daily junk food eating of white sugar, white rice, etc. but at least he is bringing in a bit of common sense.
