Hey Laura,

when switching to raw I experienced the same. After a
few days I started having intense emotions. I noticed
I was feeling much more than before. One evening I was
so upset that I thought " I have to have a bite of
bread now". So I got a bite of bread and felt better.
But in that moment I wondered, what was this weird
connection between bread and having less intense
feelings.
Then I read about how certain foods have emotionally
numbing qualities.

I dealt with it by dealing with the emotions that came
up, not running away from them, if that makes sense.
