Subject:         How to overcome the emotional aspect to eating raw?

Since becoming raw, I have noticed a huge emotional aspect to
eating this way. I noticed I don't crave foods because I am
hunger, but rather because I am sad, frustrated or upset. This
is all new to me, because prior, I would have NEVER thought I
was an emotional eater. Have any of you ever felt this way?
And how did you overcome?
