Dear John,
I'm sure you mean well and only wish to spread the
best intentions. It sounds like you need
understanding from the individuals who post here,
such as myself, on the issue of enemas/colonics. I
understand your point of view on this topic and I
appreciate the discussion we're having. However, I
need respect for the opinions I hold, and when it
comes to enemas and colonics, I don't share your
opinion even though I understand where you may be
coming from.
I've never tried a colonic or an enema, and I have
never even remotely considered trying them. I've
never advised in favour of their use either. I don't
believe they are life-saving. I don't believe they
are helpful when one can live healthfully. And, if
one does live healthfully, they wouldn't be
providing the need for an enema or a colonic in the
first place.
The texts you quote are old-school hygienic texts.
While they are valuable, they have their limits. The
means of care given by the authors may have been
groundbreaking compared to the morecommon medical
means available at the time, but colonics and enemas
would not be advocated by modern hygienists.
You may want to try reading some of the scientific
literature on the topic of enemas/colonics. I
performed a quick literature search and it seems as
though, over recent decades, this form of
alternative medical treatment has gone up and down
in popularity. Fortunately, scientists have studied
the subject sufficiently for us to make some
conclusions. The conclusions support completely
avoiding the use of either the enema or colonic
because of the dangers they impose. I suggest you
please stop bothering us and trying to confuse us by
telling us that they are beneficial.
From the text in the subject of your posts, I doubt
whether you are even open to the replies you've
received on this subject. I also doubt your openness
because the same IP address has been used for John
Rose, Isabelle Moser and Hiromi Shinya, Richard
Anderson and 69.148.49.95. Every post on this board
under those names has bashed the benefits of
enemas/colonics. Altogether, this smells of a poorly
designed, minimal-budget marketing campaign to me.
Either that, or you have too much time on your
hands.
If you're not open to the responses you've received
here, please go elsewhere. To me, your posts have
come across as passive-aggressive. If your primary
purpose is to bash your message at us, when it isn't
in line with what Dr. Graham teaches, then it
doesn't support the aims of this board.

Luke
