Hi all!

I just want to share this little experience that I think might be useful to someone.

The other day a guy asked me for advice. He told me that he read "The 80 10 10 Diet", adopted the program and soon afterwards injured one of his thigh muscles. He was so assured it was diet related, because, as he told me confidetly, that was the only change in his life style in that period.

My logics and my humble background in physiotherapy just didn't allow me to believe that diet can cause one isolated muscle to get injured. If all muscles weakened somehow with the change in the diet, without changing excerises program, I would believe it was diet maybe to blame, but one isolated muscle... no.

So I decided to conitune chatting with this person in search of some other factors that he was not aware of.

Well... guess what! It took us next 5 (five) minutes to find 2 other factors that were in such an obvious relation to his physical injury. Not the diet! In the end he was laughing himself at how sure and quick he was to blame the new diet.

So... I hope this helps someone. :)
