Blood from nostrils when eating cooked foods. (gross alert)

I'm male, 36 yrs.

Iíve observed that blood comes out of my nostrils when I eat cooked foods. It happens like this. If I eat one or two cooked meals after the other and then eat 100% raw after that my detox will be runny nose that starts about 2 hours after eating. The runny nose will last about 6-8 hrs intermittently.
If I eat cooked meals consecutively for days my nose will run intermittently, blood tinged, but it seems like my body will store a lot of mucus because, it seems to me, it cannot get rid of it as fast as it is being created(for want of a better expression).

So say I eat all cooked foods for 3-4 weeks my nose will run often tinged with hints of blood, and when I stop cooked foods and eat 100% raw a deluge of runny mucus will come out of my nose for days with spells of blood, then when that wanes blood tinged/coated sticky mucus will come out. When the blood tinged/coated sticky mucus wanes, very hard, very bloody boogers will take their own sweet time coming out.

These hard, bloody boogers block my nostrils preventing me to breathe properly and making me miserable until they finally come out, and there are many of them. Thing is by the time of the hard, bloody boogers Iím back to eating cooked foods because It stops the hard boogers (detox) from coming out and allows me to breathe better.

Iím very scared though of the amount of bloody boogers thatís stored in my sinuses (and other places?) and want to stay raw until all come out. What advice can you give me? Thanks very much all!

Ps eating animal products causes the most blood, grains second worse and root vegetables the least offensive. But all cooked foods cause my body to store mucus thatís mixed with blood. Eating raw vegan does not produce mucus in me in my experience and I want to stay on that path. In fact, it seems I have no alternative.
