First, almost all athletes reach for "a little help" when they think they can get away with it. Seeing big muscles doesn't mean anything these days.

Second, I hear your concern. Teach your son all you can, and lead by example. If he wants to know the truth, take him to Science of Health and Fitness this year. We're offering 2 for the price of 1 admission.

Third, You are associating musculature with diet. The two are essentially unrelated.

Finally, more protein is not the answer to better physical performance.
