share their experiences, but in the meantime I want to
share what I think of this question.
Firstly, I think you can't convince him to do
something he doesn't want to do if you aren't leading
as an example for him. He needs to see it work for
you; I wouldn't shove it onto him until it was. Before
that, I think it would only distance him from you.
He's going to want to rebel the more you press it on
him, and that could have far-reaching effects on his
decisions and on how connected he feels with you.

As for muscularity, I'd be careful about any
advertisements or marketing to do with anything
fitness-related, because too many people are on
steroids, growth hormone, etc. these days that
comparing ourselves to them just isn't fair.
If the strength is there, why be concerned about the
looks? Yeah, to a lot of people, looks is everything.
But I'm wondering, is it?

80/10/10 has enough protein to thrive without
additional protein powders or the like. Whole foods
for protein are perfect.
